12:15 pm - Arrive at Brides house
Typically when we arrive at your getting ready, we will capture candid shots of you and your bridal party in PJs & champagne. Suggested time for bride’s getting ready photographs is 1-1.5 hours is recommended (includes candids, detail shots, family portraits, bridal party portraits).

4 pm - Celebrate the newly wed over champs
Allow 10-15 minutes for congratulations and greeting of guests after ceremony. The perfect time for candid photographs.
4:15 pm - Group photos
Family photos are such an important part of the day. Prior to the day we will ask you to provide us with a list of the groups of family members you would like shot so we don’t miss anyone on the day. Suggested times: 15 mins for 12 groups or less / 15-25 mins for groups of 12 or more.
4:45 pm - Bridal party photos (allow 40 - 1.5 hours)
We recommend allowing extra cushion time for bridal party portraits because large groups can take longer to organize, and people naturally tend to wander. For smaller wedding parties, 30 minutes is usually sufficient, while larger groups may require 30-40 minutes to capture a mix of formal and candid shots. After this we’ll
Once bridal party portraits are complete, we’ll transition into couple portraits, allowing 15-30 minutes for intimate, romantic shots. This time is crucial for capturing natural chemistry, candid moments.
5:50 pm - Guests seated
Allow for 10-15 minnutes for your guests to be seated. They might want a quick toilet stop or grabbing a drink before sitting down.
6 pm - Couple walk in / cake cut
We recommend cutting your cake at this point of the day to allow your catering team time to cut the cake up and serve after dinner. (They take a lot longer than you may think!)
6:10 pm - First speeches
Father of the bride and father of the groom speeches, allow 10 minutes each.
6:30 pm - Dinner
Allow for 1 hour if you’re having a seated dinner.
7 pm - Sunset photos (changes depending on time of year)
SUNSET! We highly recommend we pop out again between speeches and capture 15-20 minutes of golden hour sunset images. Most often these are my couple’s favourite shots of the day.
7:30 pm - Last speeches
This tends to be for the MOH and BM + time for the bride and groom to express their thank yous.
8 pm - First dance / dance floor
Once the dance floor opens we typically have all the photos that we need of dancing within 45 minutes. Dancing photos tend to start to all look the same after a while.
8:30 pm - Flash photos (changes depending on time of year)
